Skills Clinics - Starting again on October 5th through November 17. Skills clinics for both boys and girls are held every Tuesday and Wednesday at Rancho Bernardo Community Park. John Napier, Chris Talbott, Norbert Deyna, and Danniel Valdez will run these team and individual clinics. Ages U8 - U12 will run from 5pm to 6pm and U13 to U18 will run from 6pm to 7pm. These clinics are free to all FC San Diego players.
Speed to Burn Clinics for U8 to U14 - These very popular speed development and running skills clinics are available to all players U8-U14 beginning on June 7 through June 25, there will be 6 sessions on Mondays and Fridays at the Carmel Mtn Ranch Rec Ctr. The participation fee is $25. For dates and registration information click HERE. Teams please collect reg forms and fees and submit for your combined team.
Letics Speed, Strength, and Conditioning Training for Boys and Girls U15 - U19 - These camps provide specialized training for boys and girls teams U15 - U19 to prepare them for the speed and intensity of higher level and college soccer. Participants are tested prior to the start of training and after all sessions are completed to assess improvement.
Shooting Clinics - Shooting Clinics will be held every Friday from August 6 - September 24 at the High Country West Field. U13 and older at 4-5 pm, U8-U12 at 5-6pm. The clinics are directed by Brian Quinn and Raffi Ruotolo with the assistance of the FCSD coaches. Our goal is to create better coach to player ratio, enabling our players to get more touches on the ball, strengthening their shot and building confidence in front of the goal. These clinics are free to all FC San Diego competitive and recreational players.
Goalkeeper Clinics - Directed by Nikolai Owcharuk, begin in July 19 and will end January 18, Location - at the Carmel Mountain Recreation Center every Monday and Tuesday. No GK Clinics will be held from Dec 20 - Dec 31. Keepers U8 - U12 will meet from 4pm - 5pm and U13-U19 from 5pm - 6pm. Nickolai played indoor and outdoor professional soccer for 9 years and is a District and Regional ODP Goalkeeper coach. These mandatory clinics are free of charge for all FCSD keepers.
Team Summer Camps - Directors of Soccer Brian Quinn and Raffi Ruotolo will run soccer camps throughout the summer. The camps are open to all FCSD teams, individual players, RB rec, and from other clubs. Three hour sessions will be held Monday - Thursday. (9am - 12pm). Each participant will receive a camp T-Shirt. Please Bring a snack and water each day. Individual camp fee is $125 and $1200 for an entire team. The scheduled time and date for each team is listed on the registration form and below.
