Directions: From I-15, take exit 14, Miramar/Pomerado and travel east on Pomerado, Take a right at traffic light into Alliant International University/Alliant Drive. Proceed up hill to the left/past construction. At the top of the hill continue left. Turn left into parking lot in front of campus police and across from Athletic/Sports Building. Field is behind the parking lot on the left.

Directions: Take I-15 and exit onto Camino Del Norte, heading east. Turn left at light on Paseo Lucido (Carmel Mtn. Rd to the right). The entrance to BHMS is on the right. The field is located behind Bernardo Heights Middle School near the Rancho Benrnardo High School Performing Arts Center.

From I-5 take the 56 East to Camino Del Sur and turn left(north). Take Camino Del Sur to Carmel Valley Rd and go right(east). Park is about 1 1/2 miles down on left hand side. From the 15 take the 56 West to Black Mountain Rd. Turn right on Black Mtn. Rd.(north), take that until it dead ends at Carmel Valley Rd. and turn right, park is on left. |
Carmel Mountain Ranch Recreation Center Field - (CMR)

Directions: Take the I-15 to the Bernardo Center Drive exit. Go west on Bernardo Center Drive, and take a left at Cloudcrest at the top of the hill. The field is about a half mile on the right.

From Interstate 15 take the Bernardo Center Drive exit and go West. Follow Bernardo Center Drive 1.9 miles until it changes to Carmel Valley Road. Go 0.2 miles farther and turn onto Wine Creek Road. Park by the Gymnasium. |

Directions: From the South take the Rancho Bernardo Rd. exit off of I 15 (one exit after Bernardo Center Drive exit.). Go West on Rancho Bernardo Rd and turn right onto West Bernardo. Follow West Bernardo Rd to the community park on your left. Otherwise if coming from the North you can exit on Pomerado Rd/West Bernardo Drive and turn left at the end of the ramp and the fields will be on your right about half a mile down the road. |

1.ONLY players, coaches and referees on the field, NO SPECTATORS.
2.ALL spectators must sit on the HOME side of the stadium.
3.ONLY WATER is allowed on the field, no gatoraide, juice, chewing gum, or food of any kind including sunflower seeds.
4. No tents, canopies, flags or umbrellas that penetrate the turf
